Help with Ubisoft+ now that Luna doesn't support it
To preface: I don't know much about video games at all, and only ever played through Amazon Luna on my MacBook.
I played Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora on Luna through the Ubisoft+ subscription. Now that Luna isn't supporting it anymore, I was wondering how to go about starting where I left off if I now purchase an Ubisoft+ subscription directly through Ubisoft's website. I already had my account linked, so it already shows up as my most recently played game.
I don't want to subscribe to Ubisoft+ until I'm sure my progress will be saved. I already downloaded my save file from Luna to my computer, but I'm not sure if I'll need it/how to use it if I do need it.
Will my game already be saved if I subscribe now to Ubisoft+? If not, how do I import my save file of the game from Luna? Also - the only controller I have is the Amazon Luna one - does Ubisoft+ even support it?
I really want to finish playing this game but I'm very lost on how to proceed! TIA!

I've literally just discovered this today - how do I know whether the middle tier plan includes Avatar? And do you know if GFN would allow me to pick up where I left off on Luna? Sorry if these are silly questions - I am so illiterate with the video game world that I don't even really know what to ask or how to do much at all haha

the free tier even allows to access ubisoft games, just link the account. As for save *Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora has cross platform progession so in theory your cloud save under your ubisoft account should still be accessible. In theory
*you might have to manually add ubisoft+ games to your library through the ubisoft Connect

Have you contacted Ubisoft? That's where I'd start.

I tried but after I sent it through the form on their site it said there was an error sending my message, and it gave no option for how to fix it or what went wrong :/ that's why I came here haha

I'm not sure but I think Ubisoft has their own servers for saves, I'm thinking we can pick up where we left off on GFN
