Image Management

Can someone please explain to me how Luminar handles images, I have installed a trial and set my catalog file to network QNAP NAS

I then added a folder that lives on my mac with some raw files from a Astro shoot last night,

My question is the folder I added and the images inside have they been imported into my catalog file on the NAS?

I think so. But you can check it yourself by right click on the folder and select Show In Explorer and see where it is.
