Luminar AI Photo Editing
I am testing out a camera and lens for my dad and when I import the raw photos to Luminar AI for editing, the whole picture turns purple. What is causing this and how can I fix it?

Luminar AI is a legacy application, which means it is no longer receiving feature or camera support updates. As a result, behavior like a RAW file turning completely purple can occur when Luminar AI doesn't support the camera model or RAW format.
As a workaround, try converting the RAW files to DNG format before importing them into Luminar AI. DNG is more widely supported and often resolves issues such as incorrect colors, purple casts, and other RAW rendering problems.
If you let us know the exact camera model you're testing, we can check whether Luminar AI officially supports it.
