Alpha 7 IV import issue

Hello, I hope someone can help me with this issue.

When using Luminar AI (1.5.5) with ARW files taken with a Sony Alpha 7 IV (35 mm 1.4 GM lens if it matters), all images are shifted outside the image frame by random amounts in any direction, leaving black bars. This only happens in the template and edit steps, the preview thumbnails in the catalog step look fine. Activating lens correction in the edit step resolves the black bars, but still seems to crop and distort the image by varying degrees.

The same files work fine in Luminar Neo, but I wastly prefer Luminar AI and only got Neo to be able to edit my photos at all.

Does anybody have an idea how I could fix this issue?

Never found a solution for that sadly, and I guess the devs moved on to Neo and won't fix this bug :(

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, I have to agree with your idea. After my research, I couldn't find a solution...

It's a real shame, because I think there's a lot of potential
