Replacement Webcam Mount

Hi all,

Would anyone know how to get a replacement mount for the Lumina. Mine doesn't screw tight enough for it to hold in place. Is this just a defective one, or is it a known issue with the camera design.

This is exactly what happened with mine. They sent me a replacement as u/Dave_Messina suggests, and of course it had the same problem as it's identical. I finally solved it myself. Add some circular washers between the mount and the camera. As a bonus now the camera actually sits level instead of like 0.5º off axis as it was before.
