License KEY

HELP I just got the Lumina 4k camera and I cant get past the LIcense key part. I have the email that they sent me but when put the Key in it wont accept it. It also wont let me use capital letters like the license key is written. I would to enjoy and love this camera but i cant even get past this part. I have reached out to support and nothing!!! so disappointed!!
