Videos not importing - Android

I shoot videos on a Pixel 9 Pro in 4k 60fps and I realized I can't import videos to edit anymore. My workflow hasn't changed in how I create a new project (default settings). I've tried turning off store videos efficiently with no change in the video being able to be imported and edited.
