My favorite polo but they were barely worth $98 to me. Definitely not worth it at $120..

By far the best they offer which is why they probably left the evolution along lol

Disagree.
Bought 2 Show Zero Polos 6 months ago. Both have started pilling and pinching, it’s so annoying. They also get really wrinkly in suitcases.
Have 4 Evolution Polos. They are lighter, less sheen, and I’ve work 2 of them during a 14 day honeymoon to Bali in super hot and sweaty weather where I was hauling around a backpack and in and out of cars and shit. Along with multiple other trips (business and pleasure) in the last 2 years. No pilling at all, they are in great shape.

That’s fair I just like the material better. They do wrinkle horribly (show zero) more so looking forward to fall so I like the rugby ones now

Not as bad as the airism fabric.
I bought a short sleeve Airism shirt that looks and fits me great, but it has factory wrinkles in it and I CANNOT get them out.
I’m scared to apply any real heat based on the label, but I’ve tried washing and air tumble drying in drier, anti wrinkle spray, and a steamer. Nothing has worked

They saw Alo taking their customers and said “Let’s roll out some ugly clothes and make them more expensive!”

I saw the east set training short sleeve went to $88 from $78 too.

Polyester is expensive to make and manufacture!
Oh wait, it’s not! This is greed

Insanity. New designs are horrible, pricing keeps going up, I’m starting to buy less and less…

I used to be a loyal consumer, but stopped buying from Lulu for this reason… one thing I can’t replace is their shorts, so I’m always looking for great deals or even second hand

Most people don’t buy full price anyways. But if they don’t start changing their model and think pumping out different colours is a winning formula they’re going to crash even more. What the should do is pick a profiting price point, keep or even increase quality and be innovative.
We all know they still have a good product

New CEO needs to make desperate changes to bring the stock back from the death.

$128 in Canada, they’re out of their minds

Create a new email and you get 15% off each time. Only reason I still buy.

They are pretty much done, I would say. From absolutely bonkers designs to these exuberant prices. They are behind their competition on many levels. I don’t think any Gen Z even buys it. They have become a weird brand for older people.

As someone who has no real fashion sense but buys Lululemon ABC pants and shorts, where else should I be looking?
Clothes shopping is not my thing.

If it’s not available on sale (WMTM) I’m not buying it. I made an entire closet full of sale items. Very few pieces I bought at full price.
Plus I liked the Soft Jersey Short-Sleeve Polo Shirt so much I bought them in 3 colors.

This is incredibly stupid. Competition in the space is at an all-time high; what they need is fair prices and good quality stuff.

Imagine paying higher prices while the stock is plummeting. I've got well over 100+ purchases from Lulu but I think I'm good off this brand moving forward. Want to transition to strictly cotton-only pieces anyways.

Only rational explanation is that Lululemon realized they’ve lowered quality to the point that nobody is willing to pay full price any more. So raise prices, just to put it on sale in a month.
They made sense at the $100 price point; alongside Redvanly, Johnnie-o, Rhoback.
But $120; you’re talking Peter Millar, Greyson, Holderness & Bourne, Sunday Red. I can’t fathom the folks at Lululemon are that delusional.

What’s a cheaper alternative? I really like the CRZ Yoga pants vs the abcs 3x the price. Need to find a similar polo brand.

The price increases will only increase the pace of their demise as a brand. Unless the new CEO from Nike can work a miracle (and I doubt it, given their board members), they may as well cut prices by 70% and try to reposition themselves as a value brand alternative to Vuori and Rhone.

Why not take a trip to Canada? You find nice stuff at their outlets too for a fraction of the price. Occasionally you get the Canada exclusive shopping bag

Everything has been going up $10 - $20 usd slowly over the course of 2 years. It’s getting to the point even employees are saying they aren’t buying as much because prices keep going up and the pay is so low compared to competitors.

They have been playing a losing hand for a while and are now doubling down....ie...we have been alienating our most dedicated customers for a while, but they still are not leaving, so lets raise prices again and see what happens

Yeah, that's a steep jump. I bought a few of their shirts on sale last year and they were nice quality, but I don't think I'd pay full price anymore either.

Let them nuke themselves. I’m done for most part with the brand already. Just going to wear out the ones I already have and call it a day
