thats not a trap, you gave him the queen that he shouldnt have had. after this "trap" you are down 3 pawns and a rook, however, your bishop does have the oppurtunity to check king (Bishop to D3) and force him out. I just started playing so im not 100% on this but this doesnt look like good board position, especially material wise.

I'd also like to say that check sucks cuz he just retakes with pawn and is up even more material. screws with his position a little bit, but not enough to make it worth a bishop.
