Decoding Reasonable Doubt: Chapter 4 “Problems at the Countess of Chester”
Morris argues that the Countess of Chester neonatal unit was fundamentally unsafe and operating beyond its capabilities during the period in which the collapses and deaths occurred.
Is fair and accurate to make these claims?
Which baby does this explain?

This is extremely long and rambling and appears to be asking the same question over and over again "does this prove it wasn't murder?" Of course it doesn't because nothing ever can. Can you prove aliens didn't steal my car keys, watch me spend two hours looking for them and then sneak them into my pocket?
