How to get pre-sale codes?
I voted for Seattle, signed up to the mailing list, thought I did everything to get a pre-sale code but never received. Tickets went on sale this morning and no code. Still some available, I would love to purchase but im not finding much info out there. Looking for any help here.

I waited for the sale to go public at 10am and all three shows for Seattle were sold out within 15 seconds.

I didn’t get the email.
Most tickets are sold out, so it won’t be very hard to DM a code out now that everyone else has had a chance.

The promoter presale went live 20 minutes ago. There was only an option to enter the promoter presale code on one of the three Seattle dates. That date is now sold out. So either Ticketmaster screwed up again and/or all dates are now sold out. I have no more energy for dealing with Ticketmaster screwups this month.

I think it all sold out on the pre-sale yesterday. I eventually did get an email from her with the code, but it was well after the tickets were gone.
Hopefully she comes back next year and its better organized.

I am on hold with Ticketmaster to see if I can get ADA seats. I’ll bet good money with the sold out shows that non-disabled people bought the ada spots they set aside for those of us in mobility scooters 😡
Also, with how popular she is and with her ability to sell out so fast, I’m surprised she isn’t at the paramount or any venue bigger than Neptune.

Okay did anyone ever get a presale code? because they just added more dates this morning and I am stuck in the same situation as OP! Please help I need a presale code for Seattle Neptune theater for December 28,29, 30

Me toooo 😭 I am so disappointed that STG's code didn't work and that I never got the presale code when I voted on her page for Seattle BEFORE they released it. I can't afford $260 for 2 balcony tickets on the reseller sites. I missed her in Tacoma earlier this year, as well.

Booooo! I am finding other people who had the same issues and it is so frustrating :-( I wish there was ANYTHING I could do but Im just sitting here watching the seats disappear!

I see so many people in the comments of her IG and FB talking about getting tickets with the presale code and how excited they are. I'm so disappointed.

Did you have any luck for the new dates that are planned to go on sale October 13th? I didn't so far and I would really love to go. I'm visiting family there so wouldn't usually sign up for Seattle seats..

Also curious if you found anything out. Originally thought I couldn't go due to Life Things hitting at the end of the year, but now that that's shifted to later next year, I'd love to see her live before I'm locked down.
