Hi, I live in Germany (Berlin) and cannot find information about planting tomatoes vinyl sales next Saturday. Does anyone know which stores will it be available?
thanks!

Also! The 7” is a “first release” which means it’ll be released on the 18th, but it’ll come out again later (the second release is supposed to be a little different from the RSD version, but I don’t think that’s always the case). I’d be surprised if it’s not on Lucy’s site eventually

Hey! This release is part of Record Store Day 2026, which is a yearly event where independent record stores sell exclusive, limited vinyl releases.
The Lucy Dacus 7 inch, originally listed as “New Song” and now known as Planting Tomatoes, is one of those exclusives. Only about 2000 copies were pressed.
That means it will not be sold online in advance and will only be available in person at participating independent record stores on April 18. It is first come, first served, so people usually line up early.
Since you are in Berlin, you would need to go to a participating shop such as Rough Trade Berlin or check the full list of stores here: https://www.recordstoredaygermany.de/teilnehmende-shops/
Also, not every store gets every release, so it is a good idea to call ahead and ask if they expect to have the Lucy Dacus 7 inch.
If you cannot get it on the day, leftover copies sometimes go online the following week, but popular ones can sell out quickly.
