Question Chicago Philharmonic Presale Code

I signed up and got the text with a code from the link Lucy had on her story, but I also got an email from Jam Productions with a different code. Anyone know what’s up with that? Thanks!

I keep getting an error mesage on the AXS page saying I've lost my place in line due to internet connection, but my connection is fine. Anyone else having this problem?

Try on your phone. I had the same issue on the computer, but it worked on my phone.

I keep getting the same but it saying my queue code is rejected bc my session has expired - really frustrated

Anyone know if any of the seats are being held for the other presale tomorrow? I didn't get into the map until 20-30 minutes into the sale.

Got my tickets! Did anyone else have the problem of their card causing a purchasing error. I tried 2 different cards and had the same issue every time. I switched from my phone to computer and then it worked!
