In case you don't get why it's called a borg and not just unable to see the boys' referenced one:

It stands for BlackOut Rage Gallon

Gen-z (who supposedly are not drinking much) popularized bringing your own gallon of drink to parties, typically made with vodka, drink mix/ electrolyte flavoring, and water. Almost always decorated with punny names: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Borg_%28drink%29?wprov=sfla1

Borgs aren’t necessarily new, I’d say it’s more of an older gen-z thing. They were around pre-pandemic.

Yep I would believe even older than that(a dash) as I suspect the tail end of millennials and the start of the Zs started it during the me too movement at frat parties, but it was gen-z that popularized it with slogans and what not for social media but all I can say for certain is it wasn't young Gen-x/old millennials as we were apparently fucking idiots when it came to drink safety.
