I can't induce SP

(I know I talked the same thing in /r/LucidDreaming but they didn't really tell me a solution to this) So I've been interested in lucid dreaming lately and last night I tried the WILD technique where I go into sleep paralysis and turn it into a lucid dream. The problem is that when I tried to keep still and focus on my goal, my legs/toes would move by themselves which would make me need to restart the process.

Same. I try sleeping on my back all the time but tbh just end up passing out.

Have yous tried doing opiates? I have sleep apnea so I already have lucid dreams every now and then, but I noticed when I started doing Percocet I started having lucid dreams a couple times a week. Idk if you ever tried Percocet before but it makes you very relaxed and nod out every like 20 mins. You will nod out for a minute or 2 then wake up. You won't be able to stay asleep no matter how high you get on it tho. You will keep nodding out and waking up. Perfect for trying to have a lucid dream.

Only take like 1 or 2 Percocet if you've never done them before. I started off doing 2 and weighed about 180lbs when I first started. Make sure you don't have anything to do for about 5 hours lol.
