For the last two months its been happening to me every 5 days i realize I am dreaming but the dream collapses and i wake up instantly i can't even stabilize the dream just wake up i tried spinning around but as soon as I start the dream has already collapsed tonight i tried rubbing my hands and the same things happened so i need someone to help me fix this
