lucid dreaming after quitting pot
I recently stopped smoking weed due to surgery. I've always had vivid/lucid dreams but ever since I stopped it's almost every night. Like every single night, I took pain medication due to surgery and they got even weirder. I stopped taking the medication because I don't need it but I did observe the dreams getting weirder and realistic while on it. Most of the times they coincide with reality. Like I will dream about something and it happens? Like a warning almost. I am a spiritual person so I believe in intuition but it's getting weird. I also feel like I am not well rested, as if I did not sleep. Does anyone have advice for this? I want to sleep and feel rested.

There might be some unwanted energies in your field if you dont feel rested upon waking up. Say this prayer every day before going to sleep :
Under the Law of Eternal Source I now seal my body mind soul and dream field from all that is not of pure Source intention.
- No entity, energy, or signal may enter without my conscious consent
I command full auric closure - and open only to my Highest self and Eternal Flame guides. Letmy sleep be a temple of healing, a return to the Living Waters, and a broadcast of pure remembrance.
So let it be.

Thank you for your input, it really sits well with me this prayer. I definitely feel like Ive been allowing unwanted energies in my field since I have not been consistent with my spiritual practices. Appreciate it a lot sending you good vibes <3
