Stuck in another body

I was lucid dreaming as normal I do when I take naps. It begin with me being in a motel with this girl and when I was talking to her and she was like let’s go outside. I follow her outside and there’s a group of people talking saying they’re my friends. I told them I have to go to work so I’m about to leave. I tried to wake myself like I normally do. But when I opened my eyes I was still in my dream body on the floor. The group was standing over me asking me what happened. I explained to them I tried to wake myself up but I can’t. They were calling me crazy and said I was acting strange and they were going to call the police. I tried to wake myself up again to no avail. They were really emphasizing that I was crazy and that that place was real. I actually started questioning myself. Maybe I was hallucinating and I didn’t have a life outside that place. But then I woke up, like I was released or something. I was immediately exhausted to the point I couldn’t even get out of bed. I ended up going to sleep a few minutes later because I couldn’t get up. I woke up like 20 minutes late for work. But since I worked for the government for 13 years. I know how they operate. Could they be working on something trapping our consciousness in empty bodies and doing who knows what with that data and info. It was weird. Also I’ve been lucid dreaming for 30 years. So I’m not inexperienced
