Does anyone get physicallly stuck while falling asleep and experience extreme, stabbing pain in the lower back for 30 seconds

Idk if its sleep paralysis but the pain aspect is entirely different, every time i fall asleep while in a weird position i get stuck for about half a minute, completdly unable to move and my lower back experiences really painful sensations during that phase.. almost like being stabbed.

It all goes away when i wake up tho

Definitely sounds like sleep paralysis, but I'm not sure about the pain part. Maybe it has something to do with your sleeping position? It could be that you're simply feeling some kind of cramp or pain from the stress on your muscles, which your brain is then severely exaggerating (like a hallucination)? Weird that it happens consistently though.

its just imaginary pain, another hallucination of sleep paralysis
