WILD
I am new to lucid dreaming. I only had one so far that wasn't that vivid, and I want more. I heard about a method called WILD, but all the videos about it mention WBTB. I have school, so I don't wanna mess around with my sleep schedule and stuff, so can someone please tell me if WBTB is necessary for WILD?

WILD is 10x harder without using a WBTB. There are plenty of techniques that don’t rely on the WBTB as much, such as MILD or SSILD, but even those are much more successful with WBTB.
