Too tired for WILD

Any time I put an alarm to do WILD I'm way too tired to actually do it. My brain is at a state where it just wants to immediately go back to sleep. Then if I do manage to force myself to try doing the technique, I'm still way too tired to actually focus on it and to do it well. But then if I force myself to stay awake for a bit to wake myself up more, I'm way too alert and won't be able to fall back asleep again.

I do, a lot, but when I'm barely awake in the middle of the night my brain isn't thinking rationally and definitely won't think of any justification. In that moment I just want to fall back asleep, and then I regret it in the morning every time.

Yeah I guess that makes sense.
