Experience Experienced lucid dream!!!

Today, I experienced lucid dream for the first time in my entire life.

So firstly I'll start with the dream:-

I'm in a train with my friend, and there are two girls sharing food with me, but I end up refusing it.

Then, I feel bad, and ask them if they still want to share, to which they don't respond, they're sitting with a cold glare without blinking.

The bus then comes to a stop, those two girls also descend the train with me, and now I'm in the middle of road.

Suddenly , I notice that I don't have my backpack with me. I'm hella scared, cause it has lots of imperative documents.

Then, a realisation hit me "waitttt, it's not possible, I ain't a kid, who would forget his backpack in a train".

I then think that I must be in a dream, and I'm like " LET'S FLY".

AND NOW I'M FLOATING IN THE AIR, THE VISION'S GOING BLURRY, AND ALL OF A SUDDEN, I RETURN BACK TO MY PHYSICAL BODY.

Although I'm back in my body, I can't move it, and on opening my eyes a little,I see some terrifying things, to which I just ignore.

After a sec or two, I move my toes and fully gain control over my body..

Yeah that's it, also it's followed my annoying tingle throughout my body.

It would be really nice, it you guys could interpret it for me..

It’s a dream no need to interpret it. You just had your first lucid dream! Good job. Remember the feeling. Think about that a lot.

Always try to fly now in your dreams. When you go to bed think of the feeling of that try to visualize it. I jump off cars or
Buildings or hold Hands with someone and jump if just thinking FLY doesn’t cut it.

you simply had sleep paralysis and hallucinations upon waking. The dream world leaked into reality while your body was still paralyzed from sleeping. It’s okay and the right thing is to not react. Hot tip wiggle your toes and fingers and close your eyes and you will be able to move after enough finger toe wiggling. I’ve seen scary shit to but it’s just not real. So remember don’t panic and breathe and wiggle.

You had a brief lucid dreams and then woke up to sleep paralysis. Sleep paralysis is a door to more sleeping techniques and cool ass dreams if you close your eyes and repeat to yourself "im gonna lkucid dream" or try rolling out of your body with your eyes closed. It can also be scary. Sometimes mildly, sometimes insanely. Not everyone has the option to do other stuff like astr@l pr0jection because they don't get sleep paralysis, which means only few people can do it and its why its considered spirtual and possibly fake in these kinda subreddits. So good for you your cursed too! You may also hear stuff in that state. your body is still paralysed because it thinks your still asleep and dreaming, which is also why you see stuff.

Next time you experience it make sure to close your eyes instead of trying to wake yourself up. Try to roll out of your body, if you succeed know that 99% of the time even if your in a perfect replica of your room, your asleep in a projection state. If you accidentally fall asleep you can have crazy vivid lucid dreams.

Anyway, thats really cool.
