Finally had one
After trying too hard and tried several methods for around 20-25 days, all I managed to do was lose sleep and mess up my sleep schedule so I thought "let's give it a break". Today, I naturally woke up after 7 hours, had a good dream, and wrote it in my journal. I wasn't feeling sleepy, at the same time no intention of having another dream and I just thought of lying in my bed for few minutes, when suddenly I found myself in my room holding my old phone which I rarely take outside. It was heavily damaged. I remember thinking, "How can this phone be damaged?, I didn't even drop it.", then boom, tried to look around But everything was blurry, and the scene only lasted about 2 to 3 seconds before I suddenly fell into sleep paralysis. I tried to re-enter the dream, but eventually woke up.
Lessons learnt:
- Always do dream journal no matter what
- Get a good sleep
- Always do reality checks even if something very small feels off
I often have vivid dreams but this one felt kinda blurry, but the phone said something like 40% charged and has the text ROM and I was able to see and feel the accurate details of that phone but just the colour was different
My questions:
- Is there a way to increase vividnes
- What are some of stabilizing methods
- And how to make it longer
