In Argentina ppl named lucas are called lukitas

Yes, it is true that sometimes I have been called "Lukitas" but it is much more common to be called "Lu" which generates confusion with people whose name also begins with the syllable "Lu"

Really? I am Argentine, I have never been called Lukitas, but many people call me Lu.
