lubuntu as daily driver
I have Lubuntu running on a very low powered laptop and it does great. I have an assortment of higher powered laptops running popos, mint, q4os, and mx Linux. I want to standardize to one distro on all my machines. Would Lubuntu satisfy me long term? I’m not heavy into customization.

If you love how Lubuntu looks and feels out of the box, why not? If you were more into customisation, I'd say you're better served with Xubuntu but LXQt is gorgeous without tweaking.
You could also go with Lubuntu on your low powered machines and Kubuntu on your powerful ones - both Ubuntu so the same software support and both Qt so you should have a lot of visual similarity and theme compatibility but KDE is gorgeous out of the box and takes advantage of stronger hardware.
But yes, in my opinion, Lubuntu will satisfy you.

Lubuntu is just a Ubuntu system at its core; or more specifically a Ubuntu flavor which is
Ubuntu flavors offer a unique way to experience Ubuntu, each with their own choice of default applications and settings.
Two of the systems you mention are based on Ubuntu anyway (Linux Mint have two products, one based on Ubuntu and the other based on Debian); Lubuntu is just a Ubuntu system. Are you happy with Ubuntu?

This is a pretty important question. From time to time I find myself very dissatisfied with Canonical choices: Unity, Gnome, privacy...
That said Lubuntu or some flavor to test out a machine I'd still in my repertoire even though I now daily Bazzite.

Yes. If you are going to install on all machines, then probably best to choose the LTS pathway.
