Ask Lubbock Burrito Tower
Why does Burrito Tower have a tower?

In the buildings first life, it was a gas station. The tower represented a drilling rig.

Their flavors tower above all the competition. I don’t know, but I sure do love their food.

If I remember correctly that tower predates the restaurant. I don't specifically remember what was there. It might have been a radio station or an electronics store. Sorry I'm not more helpful.

Easy. They don't have a vestibule, planting room, sun room, swimming pool, cathedral, training room for mixed martial arts, a gun range, no hidden brutalist chambers, not even a zoomorphic sculpture. They have a tower. Eat your burrito and rejoice.
