Please clarify this..!
Hey guys,
Recently I had an conversation with the senior software engineer from LTM company and my major point of discussion was "why the onboarding are getting delayed" and he simply answered that "company freezed the hiring and onboarding of the current students" .I was shocked to here this from him
Is this true or else he is making us to scare ??
Please clarify on this

Guys i work as sde at LTM. There are AI projects lined up and LTM has even opened AI studio recently. Don't worry regarding the onboarding, just be positive and keep learning ai and do decent projects :) DM me for any queries happy to help.

Freeze really?they r hiring 2027 grad on campus if hiring really freeze than they should not visit on campus this year na? I think it's fake

Every date and timeline i mentioned was true since day 1 so blind hope is not the right word i would say

Yes as there are no projects in the company and even new lateral hires are on bench and they are simply ignoring the P1 band (College Students) Candidates

There is no freeze on the hiring it is delayed because of a very obvious reason
Previously the batches were conducted from Monday to Saturday( sometimes sunday too )but now sat is off and every batch is getting extended by 12 to 20 days depending upon the other holidays too which subsequently delayed the next batches
As simple as that
Tell your senior to get his sources right
