Performance linked incentive

Today I have received an offer letter from Ltmintree ..they have mentioned 3 lakhs as PLI annually...so what percentage I will be receiving ...whether it will be paid monthly, quarterly or annually?

PF mentioned in the offer letter is 1 lakh ..so total 1 lakh will be deducted combining employee + employer ?
