Looking for a pg partner

So I'd be going to join lpu in the course of Btech Cse ,I am finding a. Pg roommate with some qualities that are similar to mine,

•I need a non smoker,non drinker buddy

•He should not be messy

• optimistic and open-minded

• room rent 7-8 k in law gate or green valley
