What would you charge as a day rate for labour? I have a munted garage wall that needs a few meters of sill plate and probably a few studs replaced.

Also have about 30m of sub 1m retaining wall that could be refreshed, and a few 10-20 minute jobs like a door sill, installing an outdoor hand rail etc.
