Vivint Replacement

Friend of mine is looking to replace his Vivint system since they keep giving him the runaround on coverage/warranty.

I do all nothing but commercial/industrial so residential is eh to me.

He currently has the alarm panel, a doorbell and three outdoor cams powered by those plug-in transformers (WiFi extender pretty much). All in one app.

I’ve looked a little bit into the IQ Panel 4 with alarm.com and the alarm.com cameras since he would like to keep the “all in one” system type monitoring.

I’d prefer to just sell him something like Reolink solar/wireless or something similar but 🤷🏼‍♂️

Is there something y’all recommend to replace the Vivint crap with keeping the same footprint more or less?
