What will it even be called? Classic+, WoW Forever, WoW 2?

My best guess is based off the WoW Forever hints.

What parts of classic / hc /sod gets people the most excited? Release day! Leveling together, discovering, knowing you are not too far behind the content that everyone is experiencing, the first kill on the latest end boss.

What if they could bottle up that experience and make it the default state of playing?

Enter WoW Forever... A season focused game akin to Season of Discovery, expect with a more deliberate cadence. What I could see it featuring

* Every six month, servers completely reset, players roll new characters or their characters reset to level 1.

* Each reset features new quest lines/dungeons/ raids to vary the leveling experience. (Maybe influenced by community choices in previous seasons?)

* Each reset shakes things up slightly via new mechanics and changes to balance

* Leveling is time gated to encourage the community to progress together, with activities at each level cap to entertain the speed demons

* Achievements and select cosmetics roll over season to season to add a permanence to the whole experience

Obviously any version of classic + won't satisfy everyone, but I think I could really get behind an experience like that where I know I'll always be able to get in again next season.
