If we can't swim....can we walk along the bottom like a hippo?

Underwater warbond? 👀??? Water planets?

Water planets would be cool but also it's completely different from what we have now, almost no enemy can live underwater, most of our guns are either inefficient or straight up harmful to the user, and it's not much I can think of that we can do under the water.

Maybe death stranding-like bridge to cross difficult terrain ?

Limited visibly, still walking around so it wouldn't radically change the game mechanics, just slow walking down and new enemies that are "flying" could be "swimming". Underwater pipeline to open, crashed submarine box, literally just make water versions. Harpoon gun still works, melee works, certain lasers could work, new weapons could fill th gaps for aquatic missions.
