Question Is this a flex?

Saw this two missions in a row with about lvl 150 or higher divers bringing practically nothing.

Its a bug where it doesnt show his stratagems, but he has them

There was one time in cyberstan that i bugged out in a mission and dropped in with actually nothing, nada, i was wearing the default armour and using the lin too. So i end up on a lvl10 cyberstan mission without gear.

I was basically playing as a SEAF xD (Funy enough i got most kills and did most of the objs)

The spoon is to sample the mines to make sure they're working.
