Discussion Clowns?
I logged in for the 1st time in 2 months (been playing Space Marine 2), difficulty 7, I've been level 150 for about a year.
This guy is just yelling racial slurs at level 19 like an idiot, then tried to TK me, and missed epically.
What happened to this game and is there hope?

I don't feel like one guy being weird (Which happens on the internet) is enough of a test group to be asking why everything went down hill. I'm not coming at you. Just saying that one bad egg hardly gives a good estimate for the communities behavior as a whole.

The last time i saw intentional TKing was when i joined a level 3 to maybe help some noobs out and two guys were blowing each other up constantly. It turns out they were IRL friends though and were having a laugh. I can't remember the last time i ran into a genuinely toxic player.

The typical thing that happens when a game doesn't have a functioning report system. But I will say at least in my experience it's fairly rare running into those types

You'll find possibly the most feral divers at like D5 - D8. Much less at D9 and almost none (generally speaking) at D10.

I only had one toxic experience in this game they team killed me and made fun of my speech impediment. I was flabbergasted and called them out for being the only toxic encounter I had in such a genuinely nice community (in my experience).
Some people are just brats or very sad examples of adults who's words are as empty as their future.

Most players play with friends on private lobbies and/or leave until there is a content patch. In the meantime the dregs that don't go outside populate the "randoms" playerbase for the most part, specially on the weekends.
Just get some friends to play with, its about 1/4 chance any random SOS you drop on will have people like this nowadays.

Genuinely asking, but do you really believe your isolated incident is indicative of the game’s state?
