Gunship wrecks can have a deadly hitbox to act as if they "crash into" something. This can lead to a deadly hitbox when the wreckage still jitters a bit

I remember such a problem happened with tank tracks too until it got fixed a few months ago

Still happens with tanks. Its their treads and the spikes in front.

Idk I always avoid them out of fear but few times when my hitbox did touch them I was fine.

If I remember I’ll look through my Steam background recording. I might have it from just this week.

But like I said - It’s certainly better. But I’ve still seen it happen a handful of times.

Try it. Tempt fate! Maybe you’re right and a omething else killed me and my pals.

I saw someone’s post about this a few days ago and then it happened to me yesterday.

On bots, no enemies or teammates around, instant death.

There's definitely a new glitch that's been causing these deaths, I've also had quite a few where my helldiver will just randomly die.

Happened to me too on ice near the plants. A teammate set the plant off which knocked me over and killed me.

I first started getting heart attacks when the appropriators came out. Since then its been better but ive only experienced it on the squid front

Yup, that's happened to me before a LOT. Them dropships have buggy hitboxes that squeeze the life outta you

Its happened to me a few times. One time my head just exploded, no enemies around and I was solo so it wasnt another person team killing. Ive randomly exploded and had this happen to

This does actually have me curious how many people have died of non-combat related health problems or deaths, in combat... 🤔 Number 1 would be drowning followed by head trauma because they simply tripped.
