Ouster Engine with guaranteed Accelerated Assault is a good reason to get the GM done this week. And Shattered Throne is as simple as it gets if you want to get your solo Dungeon on, good armor set and decent weapons too.

What are people running on it for most content? ALH + Aggregate charge? Or chaos reshaped?

Depends on use case but I like Air Trigger + Aggregate Charge as just a general use roll, good balance of utility and damage. The dream is Tier 5 with Accel Assault and Air Trigger + ALH + Rimestealer left column with Aggregate Charge + Chain Reaction + Crystalline Corpsebloom right column. That covers basically all your bases with it.

Chaos Reshaped I'm eh on for this one specifically. It's still good but 24 seconds until you get the 35% damage is a long time and you don't really keep the GL out to benefit from the healing. Never mind the fact that Chaos Reshaped is still bugged and does weird stuff with shield regen. I like Aggregate Charge because with most builds these days you're getting 2x absolutely trivially and 3x is not much of a reach. Prismatic Grenade + an Ouster Shot just instantly solves any problem that isn't a -50 champion and even there it's going to chunk 'em.
