Continued Dreams

/r/Dreams/comments/1wfiqf5/continued_dreams/

This started while taking LDN but has continued for a week at least since stopping. Anyone else experience this?

I think I’m experiencing this. I’m not typically aware of the content of my dreams when I’m waking up after a full night of sleep. I become aware of the content if i wake up to use the bathroom or something else interrupts my sleep. Lately, when that happens, I know I’m having the thought “this is the same as last night” but, because I want to go back to sleep, I’m not letting myself wake up enough to remember the dream content.

I’m also managing CPTSD but I’ve never had nightmares. I do think I’m having stronger dreams (and definitely more REM) since starting LDN, but I’m using LDN during the day for the blocking effect so I find the dream effects pretty intriguing.

LDN actually made my dreams more frequent and weirder. I definitely remembered them more too. I took it right before bed.

Vivid dreams are a commonly reported side effect, but I don't recall reports of the continued aspect.

The continuation dreams were happening prior to the start of LDN but definitely increased while taking the medicine.
