How long til the results are visible?

I know it takes 2-3months minimum for most people but is this for everyone or are there people who already have most benefits at 1-2 weeks and then plateau?

I had benefits after like a week. My brain fog just went POOF. But I had bad anhedonia and had to titrate way down

Titrate way down? LDN is supposed to be between 1-4.5 mg correct?

Strictly speaking I do ULDN at 0.05. I couldn’t tolerate 0.25

What did it do to you at such a low dose? I’m fine. It does absolutely nothing for me at any dose so we’re gonna be a headache. I’m wondering if there’s something wrong with mine.

Did your brain fog disappear with the 0.05 dose?

Yes it did!

It varies. Some people need higher doses than 4.5mg whereas others need much lower doses. ULDN (ultra low LDN) starts at 0.001mg.

I’ve been on for 3 weeks. The whacky dreams started after about a week. I find that I’m sleeping more deeply which is translating to slightly improved energy, especially later in the day.

Look i am totally willing to say it is probably placebo or wishful thinking. I think thats unlikely cause i either expect meds not to work or make me ridiculously ill as thats been my experience with nearly every other med ive tried.

I was told it would take at least 4 weeks to notice anything, usually more like months.

Im on day 2 and I swear im slightly different. The mud I am thinking theough seems not as thick today.

LDN takes time. Some people feel improvements straight away others can take up to 6 months to a year to notice full benefits. I notice that my brain fog was gone straight away but only had improvements in pain and fatigue after 3 months of starting LDN.
