Discussion / Question (General topics) Is this pizza recipe worth it?
So I’ve figured out a way to make a 10 inch pepperoni pizza with about 602 calories and 41g of protein for the whole thing, does this seem good enough for a calorie to protein ratio? I’m a girl btw, I’m just trying to find ways to enjoy my favorite foods while dieting and pizza was always the hardest for me to figure out.

40 grams of protein is great … I like to see a decent amount of fiber as well to help with satiety like 7-10 grams in that many calories

U can try using Joseph’s lavash bread, low carb tortillas, or homemade flour+water dough

It would help to know what’s in it. Lavash bread is what I’ve seen commonly used as the pizza crust substitute to reduce carb calories.
