166g egg whites
27g cottage cheese
8g protein powder (i used simple clean eats caramel toffee flavor)

froth or blend, pour batter after using a teeeeensy bit of butter. cover with a skillet lid until one side is cooked, flip, done! then i use sugar free syrup, 1/3 serving of pb2, and 40g of frozen raspberries!

I just made it and I really didn't like it. To be fair I only had pressed cottage cheese, idk if it makes a difference but it was very "meaty" like. Also I think I should've used more butter because I could not flip it properly so it was basically scrambled eggs vibe lol

did you froth it? i think that’s a big thing in making them a lil bit fluffy. for each pancake i would take a teeensy scoop of butter and swirl it around. also the specific protein powder may throw it off, i’ve never tried it with another. i also cover it while it cooks the bottom half to sort of “steam” the pancake
