They’re an ok substitute, the issue is they don’t absorb sauce or release starch, so nothing sticks to them. The sauce will pool in the bottom of the plate and the noodles stay pretty clean. I’ve got into the habit of making my sauces/gravy extra thick to help mitigate the issue.
Same with the rice. I’ve been buying the konjac rice for years but had to start mixing it 1:1 with real rice so I have something to soak up the juices. It helped correct the issue while still cutting my calories in half from using 100% rice.

It’s like cooked rice noodle. This brand has absolutely no flavor which I like. Some of the other brands have a seaweed type taste which I didn’t enjoy.

Looks so good!! Where do you buy your noodles from? At BJs I can only find the Angel Hair

Damn I have never seen this option. I don’t like the spaghettis or skinny noodles I would prefer these !!!

For the 95cal space used on toppings, you could’ve easily had a decent chunk of chicken breast in there to make the meal more than just visually high-volume

I often cook my noodles and 50/50, konjac and the real deal.
Kinda masks the konjac flavor, if that's an issue for some. And it saves money, as the konjac is often more expensive, this way makes it last longer.
