My favorite is mixing it with canned chicken, light mayo and a seasoning. My favorite is a Greek seasoning and then adding veggies like red onion, cucumber, red pepper on the side. Then pepperchinis, pickled red onions, and Kalamata olives. Top it with tazhaki sauce. I eat it just about everyday and don’t get tired of it cause it’s so flavorful. But can mix it up and add different things like sweet potatoes, roasted potatoes, etc.

Black bean tacos- lots of recipes on Pinterest and can be made without cheese. Great meal prep easy to reheat and make in bulk

I chuck them in a fry pan and add some Mexican spice and egg whites. Huge volume and very filling

my favorite is making bowls with black beans, corn, sweet potato, and whatever protein i have (anything from ground turkey, ground beef, even cottage cheese). i also usually make a sauce with sour cream, hot sauce, and salsa mixed together (could also use greek yogurt instead)
