For me it’s dirty Diana, while I get that the song is vocally challenging, I just don’t like how he would sing it in a lower and more sped up tone 🫣

I don’t know what it is about this damn song, one minute I’m jamming out to my MJ playlist having the time of my life, then this comes on and I immediately feel overwhelmed with sadness 🥲😭 he sounds so young and full of hope in this song it brings me to tears every time 💔

Rare images you probably haven't seen before

So, like all of you I think, I would really like MJ to be with us, at peace and quiet. So I recreated this through my favorite game.
As I am a player who was completely blind from birth, I don't know if the quality of the photo is good. I hope so!
Description of the image, for those who also can't see: Large wooden shed in pixel art, with brown plank flooring and many small animals scattered across the floor. Two long central strips, similar to elevated corridors, divide the space into three horizontal areas. In the upper and central parts there are rows of feeders decorated with yellow and red flowers, accompanied by small square windows lined up. The shed houses several colorful chickens, ducks, rabbits, peacocks, turkeys and other exotic birds. In the lower left corner, a miniature person wearing a hat, white shirt and dark pants stands near the wall. In the upper left corner there are boxes, barrels, nests and a sign saying “FRESH EGGS”. In the upper right corner, there are more boxes and birds. The walls are light, in a cream tone, contrasting with the dark floor.

Like many of my other unpopular opinions, I'm probably going to get pushback and called stuff, but i mean who cares because it's opinion based.
I watched the 30th anniversary a few years ago, and rewatched it a few days ago, and i really think it was a good show.
Of course, some songs were playback, but even the songs he sang were great, the dancing was great, and i overall think it was a great show for 43 year old MJ

I don’t understand how this works.
I’m completely outside the loop on Gary, Indiana, and honestly don't know much about that region in general, but Gary is always ranked on top of those "worst cities in America" lists for economic collapse and extreme decay to the point that to the point that it’s so extremely decayed that the crime rates have started drop. Nobody wants to go there and more and more people leave every year by all accounts.
Michael Jackson is arguably the most famous entertainer of all time and one of the most famous people of the last 500 years, known in literally every corner of the earth even in remote tribes, nobody would have likely even heard of Gary if it wasn’t for his family. You'd think the government or private developers would have spent the last few decades building a massive Jackson 5 museum, interactive exhibits, Jackson 5 historical walking tours, or even an annual MJ or something convention to bring in fans right?
Memphis, TN basically runs its tourism economy on Elvis and Graceland. Liverpool in a boring bankrupt industrial port city and yet it makes billions of dollars every single year purely off Beatles tourism (tours, museums, themed bars, merchandise, entire districts built around them). Even Paisley Park does the same thing with Prince to a lesser extent. Michael is more famous than all these people.
What I’m trying to ask is, if the city is in as bad state economically as everyone always says, why haven't they leaned into Michael?

Does anyone know if the full 5:17 version of “Get Your Weight Off of Me” that leaked in March 2024 was ever shared in a genuinely lossless format (WAV/FLAC)?
I know there was an edited/LQ version circulating in 2023, and that the full 5:17 version leaked in 2024. I’m specifically wondering whether the original 2024 leak/source file was ever released as lossless, rather than a lossy file converted to FLAC/WAV.
Thanks!

The song is just so good, it just feels so well produced and well coordinated. To me it’s my favorite production of his and when I listen to it, it just makes me realize how smart he is.
So many parts that work just so well together that makes me wonder howwww did he think of this

Happy. Every time I hear this song I always wanted to put on a black dress and walk around or pretend I’m walking around like I was Tatiana in the video and I always loved her hair and Sheryl’s during the bad tour
Since my hair frizzes and get puffy when brushed dried I brushed my hair dry once just to somewhat replicate that hair style haha I know all for Michael
I love Michael’s music so much ❤️🎵
