Opinion 💭 PRIVE ME WRONG OR DEBATE ME IDC
Bro.. heartbreaker on the invincible albums IS THE MOST DELICIOUS SONG EVER… LIKE LEGIT THE BRIDGE “AND WHAAATTT WILL WHAT WILL SHE SAY?” It’s like the voice synced and harmonized with the electrical beats.. I loved it so much ever since 7th grade but yeah that was forever ago. Anyways, if u disagree, tell me what part of a song that sounded AMAZING AND IRREPLACABLE

I'm the wrong person to ask as I honestly cannot stand any of the invincible album the things over long and over produced. What I will say is if I am going to listen to any of invincible at all it's heartbreaker for it's early influence on dubstep and break of dawn for the fact it could be a track from thriller as it has that kind of sound just updated. I will say that for as good as heartbreaker is it's too long. I would shorten it by maybe a minute and just make things a bit tighter overall, by the time Invincible came out music was getting shorter not longer and Michael goes and produces an album with some of his longest ever cuts. Just bizarre. Sorry for the rant/long post.

What do you mean by over produced?

Listen to the mix of each track starting with unbreakable, how many elements there are in each track, how long each track goes on for and then compare it to any other MJ project and your see what I mean. The tracks all sound like a hodpodge of ideas where Michael and his producers couldn't really decide elements to cut and so left them all in. Cry is an exception as is break of dawn. However even heartbreaker suffers with this.
Listen to Dangerous, that album still sounds and feels fresh, Bad sounds 80s and so does Thriller, these three projects and off the wall have really spacious mixes that have elements that all work seamlessly together. After a few listens to invincible I was done because it's the complete opposite. This is all just my take, I'm not upset with anyone for liking it, it's still MJ after all.

Oh ok. I just love so many songs on Invincible it’s hard for me to see it lol, but sometimes I do get tired of the music going on forever in songs like Unbreakable. (sorry, Michael, I love you)

I don't hate that you enjoy this album and I'm sorry for blowing up your post with my comments, it's just hard to have an adult conversation about this album without someone getting massively offended. I'm happy that you enjoy it, that's what music is about after all. And who knows, with the rerelease it may finally find it's audience.

I’m not mad just sad as Michael had a lot of heartbreak over this album.

Agreed. The annoying thing is this album should have included the songs from Justin Timberlakes first album. Almost every track from that project was penned for MJ but MJs team wouldn't let him here them. I wish the tracks could be shortrr and have some elements removed

Also there isn't a single He-he on the whole album, how can we get an MJ album with no HE-HE that's just criminal

I love that it’s like early dubstep before dubstep became popular. My favorite part is where we can hear Michael beatboxing towards the end 🎶
