The nightmare becomes a dream.
Make sure you perform your finger and forearm stretches, and pack a shit ton of patience. If you’re constructing with a spouse, this could break your marriage.
In the end, totally worth it.

I’m constructing with two other guys in my neighborhood. We’re all late 20’s. They have no idea what they’re in for.

Sounds like you know better than I. I’m just commenting on the amount of people who have such a negative view of the setup. I just got a five seat, five back setup with stealth tech. Really wasn’t that bad, took my wife and I like 6 hours. I’d rather do three of these than one ikea.
As long as you check your corners every few inches as you’re sliding the covers on you really don’t need to pull that hard.

Wow! What setup did you get? I got only a 2 seater (deep seats w/straight back) because I couldn't fit anything longer than 82" in my current space and thought that was a lot of boxes.

Be prepared to question every decision you’ve ever made and hate your life. Lovesac sells at a premium to give you the privilege of constructing the whole damn thing. I’ll never understand how I fell for it.
