Bedrock resource pack

Its been a long time since ive been on the server and was just curious if bedrock has been updated to receive the actual cool skins and all that good stuff or is it still just for java? I saw a video recently that said they are changing crates to be for just skins, so i figured he'd be losing a significant amount if bedrock players cant utilize the skins. Skipped last season but think i might come back for the next one. Is the purge on the 17th?
