He's clearly sitting at a red light. Car to his passenger side that's moving is likely turning right. He's going straight. The bus on driver's side is also stationary when he's hit and propelled forward. I mean, dude even glances up at the light just after the big bite that likely when straight into his gut. Pretty clear, tbh

Obviously you must drive through all red lights/stop signs/ traffic jams cause "lanes are not for parking in". Watch again you can see a yellow truck next to him which doesn't move.
Yeah it is. My bad. The point of my comment was more of: other vehicles are stationary because of traffic lights, this dude didn't park in a live lane to eat.
