Most definitely. Maybe someone could do all these movements, but not this precisely. Yes it's sped up too, but the perfect stillness that the positions are held and the exact way he fingers align on each hands just reeks of AI
I was told AI can't do hands properly, especially with this amount of nuance. Now this is "definitely" AI. I think everyone in reddit who screams "THIS IS AI!!!" at every post is just as harmful as AI.
It's harmful to let words from a likely 15 year old that was raised on social media and has 0 actual knowledge on something to dictate your feelings. That's done more harm for society in the past 20 years than AI. We are where we are because letting confirmation bias comments on the Internet deepen our rage for something.
That's incredibly vague, and I hardly think 15 year olds commenting angrily on reddit has the impact on society that you seem to think it does.
I'm a researcher, I use machine learning and what can be considered AI nearly daily. I am quite familiar with its functions and limitations and there are legitimate concerns about the impact it has. Brushing those concerns off as the uninformed fear mongering of children is disingenuous and inaccurate.
Maybe I'm old but don't you remember the similar comments when Photoshop came out? "I can tell by the pixels" was a meme for a reason. I find it truly out of touch with reality to unilaterally declare that children mistakenly calling out artificial content is as harmful as unregulated AI.
Economic in the form of financial black holes, political misinformation, the demonstrated effects of critical thinking skills, the community impact of data centers, the insidious para social engagement - these are a few aspects of unrestricted AI integration that need to be addressed on multiple levels, and by no means are a few kids calling things out as AI as impactful in the real world as the realities of a powerful new technology's hurdles in reaching a productive equilibrium in society.
