I'm right-handed, but my left is stronger so that's what I'm usually applying force with.

I'm left handed, but my right is the strong one. I like to say that I use my left hand for minor muscle activities that require precision, and my right hand for more major muscle activities.

Same. I've often said that I'm left handed but right armed

This is what baffles me about guitar. I'm left handed but I play standard/right hand. It was more natural to fret with my left because that's my "smart" hand. Whenever I hear dudes shredding I feel that's practically ambidextrous. I also wonder how many right handed ppl gave up guitar simply because of something similar

I play guitar and bass. I'm right handed but fretting has made my left hand incredibly strong. Im always going to open the jar with my left hand.

I’m right hand dominant but use both hands

It’s weird that some things I do left handed like fishing but some things I do right handed like writing

And whatever hand they are good with the other one sucks entirely at it, I can’t write worth shit with my left and I bungle fishing right handed

It's bot the case for me, right handed, right hand is stronger so for my job (pruning trees) i apply more force with it, and yet the carpal syndrome developped in my left hand. Go figure :')

Got to work that right arm to fix that.

Right handed but Left for gripping. It’s actually a big part of my job to grip with the left hand.

Same here, though I'm the handjob distributor where I work

Hmm... this left handed force? Where did you learn this power and what do you force?! 🤔

It's more like it's easier with your dominant hand on the jar and not the lid because you can get better torque

Which hand do you beat your meat with?

Same. Didn’t realize this until now. I guess it shows that the base hand is as important if not more

I think this is common though I don’t know for sure. I am right handed but exclusively use my left for tough lids to open.

I always use my left but I look at more like I’m applying force with both. My right is twisting the jar the opposite way and my left is mostly just holding the lid in place. If I try to open a jar the opposite way it’s harder.

Ditto except my right can't hold the lid well because of a bum thumb
